The location and terrain of our Treforest and Glyntaff campuses may present some difficulties for students with mobility problems. However, buildings can be entered via ramps and are served by wheelchair accessible lifts.

All areas of the Cardiff and Newport Campuses are fully accessible so no wheelchair map is required for this campus.

Accessible Parking

Blue Badge Holder

If you are a Blue Badge holder then Disabled parking permits are issued free of charge. You will need to provide a copy of your Blue badge.

Need to park on campus but do not have a blue badge

If you are not in receipt of a blue badge, then supporting medical evidence will need to be provided with your application and a fee will be charged for the permit which can be paid online . Students may also be required to discuss their own individual circumstances with a Disability Adviser.

To apply for disabled parking please complete the Disabled parking permit application form and return it to Kelly Owen, Disability & Dyslexia Services (Student Services).

We would like to remind all students that the University cannot guarantee a parking space due to limited spaces being available.
